Leading a multicultural team of 5 Associates and Recruiters across different regions, with a strong focus on implementing a DE&I strategy, ensuring we provide top-level service both to the client and the candidates involved.

Responsible for Executive Search and Talent Search Strategies managing the delivery of E2E talent sourcing and acquisition projects specifically for Pharma, FMCG, Hi-Tech, Chemical, Medical Devices, Semiconductors, and Engineering companies. - Liaise with senior stakeholders such as VPs, Senior Directors, and Managers across all business areas. - Client management, ensuring a positive long-term relationship with them. - Build, and deliver talent programs on behalf of our customers, matching their cultures.

Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment process. Engage with international candidates and partners at a senior level. Deliver partner support aligning RPO and talent strategy. Search, source, and advise upon ‘hard to fill’ talent, providing alternative strategies and options. Provide specialist bespoke advice to both candidates and partners in terms of the E2E recruitment process. Train the Associate Consultant team in sourcing strategies and stakeholder management.

After relocating from Spain to the UK, I joined Nando's HR team as an Assistant, where I managed to progress until reaching the HR Specialist level. Responsibilities included but were not limited to H&S, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Onboarding and Offboarding, HR Controlling, Labour Queries, Reporting and Audits, SAP and Other Systems Management.
