Leading the grant acquisition process of World Vision International Mongolia by developing concept notes, proposals with clear logical and M&E and reporting framework and effectively coordinating and positioning the team and other stakeholders for overall grant acquisition and external engagement process and building strategic partnership and consortium for development projects.

Manage researchers in the overall process of short-term, social, economic, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) research projects at all levels, including proposal writing, negotiation with partners, research design, data collecting and analyzing, report writing, presenting and other assignments as well as carrying out consultancy projects.

Managing Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DME) related process in respective area development programs, including training, data collecting, data analyzing, report writing, document reviewing along with assisting National and Regional office DME team for various activities
