At work, I am focused on the current task and can complete a large amount of work in a relatively short time. But for me, it is important to have a preliminary plan and prioritize. HR strategy needs to be coherent and detailed to truly be a driver of change. I achieve success thanks to communication with people and I like to make new connections. I recharge my energy by spending time in communication. I consider the ability to actively listen and sincere interest in others to be my strong point.
