Reporting to CxO level, the Business Owner aligns the business and IT needs in a consolidated program, for which it holds the overall budget, execution and operational responsibility. Supported by an interdisciplinary team, actively defines the initiatives with the in-country and global management teams. Responsibilities also include vendor and contract management. Successfully project and program managed various business efficiency initiatives, as well as IT cost optimisations and new deployments

Reporting to CxO level, engaged in a 14 months program for the deployment and operation of a European Telephony and Contact Centre platform. With a scope of 4’500 users spread in 9 countries/120+ sites, and a mixed sourcing environment, the program team was responsible for its budget, architecture, implementation and operation (incl. the operational model definition). The build part of the program was delivered according to the timeline, quality and budget expectations.

In the role of country Project Manager, and within the scope of a large international outsourcing deal, successfully managed a Swiss wide IP Telephony upgrade involving 10'000 ports and over 220 sites. Business alignment and dependencies as well as a state-of-the-art, highly complex technical environment define the main project challenges. The functional scope spans from Call Center environments to Office telephony and 3rd party integrations.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, my role as Project Manager consists of two main tasks: Project Lead: Covering the concept, implementation and operational readiness and handover of customer and platform projects (introduction of new services, optimisation projects). Operational Assessment: Provide support to the business units on analysing new needs (due to new or enhanced services, customer projects) regarding operational integration and feasibility and the aspects related to it

Department responsible for the technical operations of Swisscom Solutions’ OSS Infrastructure, covering the areas of Service Fulfillment & Assurance for all managed services provided by Solutions. Services cover the areas of IP Connectivity (MPLS-VPN), Customer LAN Management (Outsourcing), Security (Certificates, RAS Services) and VoIP among others. Mixed sourcing environment, with a team of 10 direct reports.

Team responsible for the development & operations of Swisscom Solutions’ NMS Infrastructure, covering the areas of Service Fullfilment & Assurance for all managed services provided by Solutions. Services cover the areas of IP Connectivity (MPLS-VPN), LAN Management (Outsourcing), Security (Certificates, RAS Services) and VoIP among others. The Development and Operations of this infrastructure are done in-house, with a team of 20 employees.
