Led strategic planning processes and coordinated preparation of strategic decisions for the division CEO, managing board, supervisory board, and economic committee. Conducted market intelligence analysis to assess competitive positioning and provided executive counsel while governing division-level common market model. Managed strategic M&A pipeline and competitive intelligence, analyzing financial reporting and capital market statements to deliver quarterly competitor assessments to the managing board.
