Director of Operations reporting to the CEO, manufacturing, IT Services, Product Development, Purchasing, (70 collaborators ) results: • started production in North Africa, China and Eastern Europe • created central purchasing dept. For raw materials in Tuscany • member of the group of managers that has doubled its turnover from 80 to 160 million in 4 years

Director Operations reporting to JBU Director Jewellery (400 million turnover ) production in Rome and Valenza Po, logistics in Neuchâtel, product development, quality and after service worldwide ( 300 employees ) results: • defined new operational flow • managed jewels collections 2005 • implementation of SAP as a project leader in Operations • introduced new alloy silver
