SILS Manager – 32 people (Supply In Line Sequence) - Trnava (SK)  Start Up of a new site  Responsible for the Assembly of bumpers and the JIT-JIS deliveries to PSA  Management of the Ramp-up for the launching of the C3 PICASSO  Management of Supply Chain (stock of semi-finished goods, suppliers, IT)  Management of Quality  Management of People (recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation)

MPM – Manufacturing Project Manager – Lozorno / Technical Center (SK)  Responsible of Manufacturing means development (assembly stations, painting, packaging, supply chain, JIT-JIS system, SILS development)  Functional management of Expert team  Budget management (development hours, investments, quotation for modification, serial part price responsible)  Presentation of Milestones (intern & customer system)

Customer Quality Engineer - export  Quality responsible for different customer sites (Turkey, Germany, Spain, England, Czech republic)  Serial production quality (Customer visits, Audits, Reporting, problem solving methods, 8D, PDCA, Control Plan)  Development of new projects (feasibility study, P-FMEA, S-APQP, PPAP submission, Project planning)

Production Management
