Accountable of both investment & operating budgets. In charge of the follow-up of internal application development to monitor client’s business applications.

Setting up and in charge of operations and monitoring. Responsible for the deployment of services for clients’ accounts. Handling technical coordination within transverse departments (network, Infrastructure, application, service management). Negotiating and managing the budget within the defined area.

Provided detailed solution documents to the customer and detailed technical documents to Platforms: AIX, LINUX, Windows for implementation. Led meetings with the customer to gather and document requirements. Created solution templates and documented processes for the Architect team to ensure standards were adhered to.

Carried out project solution review (analysis technical requirement like performance, security, hardware and software requirement, disaster recovery), sign-off (function requirement, workplan, RACI chart, process flow chart and test cases) and document delivery (solution blueprint, infrastructure blueprint etc)
