As Project Implementation Manager, I'm responsible for implementing and maximizing the value and utilization of Ibex products at a growing number of customer sites, establishing in-depth relationships with customers, optimizing customer experience and deployment journey, accelerating projects and providing customer input to internal R&D teams.

Part of Global Professional Services team - ensuring standardized way of working from sales until service - extending the consultancy portfolio in the clinical domain - leverage the Ascom products and solutions in the critical space - share and handover knowledge to internal & external customers
