Subject Matter Expert acting as a functional leader to streamline Affimed’s logistical needs through working with project teams and vendors utilising global leadership, general oversight, and effective planning.

Spearhead and direct CTS&L teams by utilising in-depth knowledge and experience of clinical/laboratory logistics, resulting in smooth running of functions. Define and develop right solution for client to attain operational efficiency as well as structure processes to ensure delivery of project within specified time and budget in-line with ICH GCP, GLP, and GMP. Coach and mentor clinical logistics leaders to develop better understanding and maintain operational efficiency.

This role was developed as the account management teams from PAREXEL Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics Portfolio Team merged with PAREXEL Informatics Client Account Management Team. The updated role added RTSM activities to the previous portfolio operations role. Responsible for 10 accounts. Key Contributions:  Won back a client that hadn’t given any PAREXEL function any new work for > 5 years

Played a key role in older studies and distributing clinical supplies to audience across the world.
