iTtT is an international conference for AIESEC members that aims to bring 150 delegates from many countries and to deliver them sessions in order to become trainers. Researching for companies (most in retail, food&beverage,logistics); Gathering information about companies needs; Planning the organizational aspects with the other members;

Keeping in touch with the corporate sector; Researching for companies to become new partners( most being in IT and marketing field); Gathering information about companies needs; Presenting what AIESEC does (our corporate and CSR projects and the international recruitment program); Attending sales meetings; Negotiating the contracts; Planning the sales strategy with the other members.

Familiarization with the software used in different operations; Assisting in the sale of financial banking products to clients; Understanding the organizational culture in a bank.
