Being part of Autobahn FX development team I do a lot outside of simple tester role: Release management, SIT coordination, UAT coordination, requirement management, functional analysis. I work in a distributed team with development team located in Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg) and UK (London), business stakeholders - from all over the world (London, NY, Singapore). I'm involved in development of applications for front-office (FX trading) both for internal and external clients.

Being part of Agile team (from Scrum to Kanban) I used to do testing of new web based solution for Mercer. It was designed to automate workflow of consultants working in insuranace and benefit management area. Web site was based on stack of technologies provided by Microsoft (.NET, SQL Server). For workflow management BPM tool named Cordys was used. I managed team of 2 testers (manual and automation).

I was leading team of up to 8 testers in our quest to deliver quality solutions for TV Automation for Harris corp (currently Imagine Communications). I managed day to day activities in Waterfall process starting from test documentation creation till the regression cycles before releases.
