Industrial Director of the facility: production, scheduling, procurement, local sourcing, maintenance, logistics, quality, laboratory and supply chain. Responsible for the QCD of the facility. Workforce 100 people

Assistant to the Technical CEO. Responsible of the process engineering and industrialization projects, as well the maintenance of the three units of the division in Terrassa and Épila (Spain) and Overpelt (Belgium), including time measurement (MTM) and ergonomy and leading the management office and scheduling departments. Leading 10 engineers, 40 mechanics and electrical staff across the division.

Assistant to the Site MD. Responsible for production scheduling and master card maintenance, equipment purchase like forklifts, warehouse racks,…, raw materials purchase, process engineering, safety and IT. Supporting the Plant manager in two factory enhancements, construction of two new buildings, growing from 100 to almost 300 employees in this period of time. Lead the transfer of products and machines from Germany and other sites to the unit.
