As an eCommerce Project Manager, I am responsible for managing the development, monitoring, and assistance of all eCommerce activities. I am also responsible for analyzing data to identify potential problems and opportunities for further development. In addition, I assist the Chief Commercial Officer in implementing organizational changes and tracking strategic performance. One of my key responsibilities is to improve processes, particularly by automating existing processes and creating new ones.
I was tasked with creating the growth and development strategy and OKRs for the Serbian organisation, as well as a part of the international, cross-functional People and Organisational Team, I assisted in the planning and implementation of the global growth strategy of Digitec Galaxus. I was in charge of developing, monitoring and assisting with all innovation and project activities in Serbia. Worked on analysing data in order to identify problems and further development opportunities.
I was tasked with leading the Product Content Development department in Serbia, where I have led a team of 63 employees, from which 5 were team managers. I worked on creating and implementing the short and mid-term department strategy, OKRs and KPIs. I worked on the departmental restructuring and process optimisation, as well as team member development and the departmental functional integration with other Category Management departments in Switzerland and Germany.
