Experience leading projects for companies such as Facebook, Bimbo Group, Sodimac, Roche, Tecnoquímicas, Grupo Bolivar, and Grupo Sura. Worked in projects related to organizational innovation, strategic research, and service design; in industries such as consumer products, insurance, healthcare, real estate, and technology.

Instructor in the Master of Innovation program where the students use design methodologies to create innovative strategies to solve real problems in the organizations they work at. Instructor and adviser for undergrad students in their graduation projects.

Co-creation and facilitation of a workshop for intersectoral collaboration in healthcare research, focused on generating patient-centered solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of prenatal Syphilis and cutaneous Leishmaniasis. Documentation for diffusion and replication of the use of “Design Thinking” methodologies to outline intersectoral healthcare strategies in Colombia.

Team leader in a SCAD course collaboration project with the Rockefeller Foundation and Pyxera Global. Research and co-creation of solutions to mitigate tomato post-harvest loss in Nigeria. Development of a “training of trainers” program, and evaluation and implementation of strategies to help smallholder farmers and women entrepreneurs to generate local value in the tomato production in Kano, Nigeria.

Assisted the instructor in the preparation of the class content and grading. Conducted lectures and class activities.

Design and distribution of ethically sourced jewelry inspired by Valle del Cauca’s cultural and natural richness. Developed a new technique for jewelry, mixing polymers and precious metals. Socially responsible business strategy encouraged designers and community to showcase Colombian culture, globally. Generated innovative communication strategies to promote the brand.

Development of POS, interior design, furniture for companies (LG, Johnson & Jonson, Givenchy, Zumba etc.) in Panama and the United States. Created new strategies for production organization, i.e. implementing a novel method to create blueprints.

Corporate identity and project communication. Developed a communication plan for the core project of the company “Ciudad Paraíso” obtaining external financial investment. Participation in the creation of a communication plan for a new educational complex focused on improving public participation to generate a sense of belonging in the community.

Compiled and organized information about sustainable development and ethnographic research applied to public space design in Cali, Colombia. • “The Quest of Quality” Professor Hugo García Paredes. Updated information from García’s book about principles of quality in design in relation to its utility and applicability in social and urban life.
