Handling call review for the pending queries from the client and business partners. Scheduling the Letter Run and Statement Run for the active accounts. Generating reports for Top accounts to get the revenue data from SAP. Generating reports to pull the clients payment data which are on installment plans. Handling Real Estate accounts, which are the top revenue generators for company.

Raising a Bad debt write offs, Small amount write offs, Credit write offs & Account keeping fee write offs requests on SAP. Processing refund request to the Customers after following up and with proper documentation. Raising activity for Reconciling Customer accounts .Updating the cash application team to clear the customer unapplied funds to correct invoices. All the accounts in ledgers are followed up before Month End close.

Generating the Aging for Month on all the Accounts in the Portfolio. Sorting the Accounts bucket wise from the aging and making the list of all high priority accounts. The Oldest Accounts with high dollar value will be the top priority. Contacting the customer over the phone for payment on past due invoice. Worked on Dialer for calling maximum customer in a day. Analyze the status of the accounts which are open from longer period.
