Hastings Direct is one of the UK's leading motor insurers. As a complaint handler, my primary responsibilities were to identify, investigate and address customer's complaint. Once I had completed my thorough investigations, I would then attempt to contact the customer via telephone and/or letter to propose and negotiate a fair resolution. Other aspects of the role included, route cause analysis, customer service, administration, time management and file ownership.
