Working together with the Fixed income and equity operations team, my role involves managing client relationships of all Merrillly Lynch clients based in Germany and Austria. It also requires working closely with the trading desk and the sales teams based in London and Frankfurt.

My position at icubic started as part of a newly established sales and support team based in London. For closer cooperation with the headquarters office in Magdeburg, I agreed on a temporary relocation, which eventually led to a permanent move to Germany to an Account Management position.

My role in the Fixed Income production gateway support team, involved involved a variety of tasks vital to the maintenance and continuous running of all components responsible for bank’s connectivity to various markets.

I had involvement in a wide range of roles and activities, including supporting the MarketView application, producing and offering training and demonstrations to both internal staff and external clients. I was also responsible for providing on-site consultancy to tier-1 banks across Europe.
