Analog circuits were designed in 180nm CMOS technology in Cadence Virtuoso tool.Analog IC design in schematic level, performance analysis and verification using test-bench.Monte-Carlo simulation, Transient, AC, DC and Parametric analysis was performed to know the circuit behavior.Selection and Comparison of the Different three Suitable Architecture of Comparators. Compare their Different Static and Dynamics Properties, and select the high speed among them.
