Main tasks/functions: - Leading the group-wide purchasing controlling - Continuous improvement of monthly purchasing reporting - First-level support for the purchasing organization regarding the spend analysis tool - Assisting the CPO in various projects with the focus on mergers and acquisitions - Preparation of analyses and decision papers for the direct communication to the Executive Board - Participation in the development, management and support of the decentralized purchasing departments

Main tasks/functions: - Creation of report templates, analyses and presentation documents within the context of purchasing controlling with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Digitalization of the monthly purchasing reporting with Microsoft Power Automate - Development of data models for the creation of dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI - Assistance in the automation of processes with Robotic Process Automation - Assistance during the implementation and roll-out of various IT tools

Apprenticeship with a focus on the purchasing and sales department - Technical customer advice as well as the handling of sales activities - Coordination with the development department regarding the evaluation of the feasibility of the order realization - Daily demand check in coordination with production - Organisation and coordination of sea and air freight - First negotiating experience with suppliers - Close monitoring and coordination of shipments in cooperation with logistics service providers
