• Ensure that the production targets are met and there is a balance in supply and demand • Ensure that the quality standards of products are met • Give regular production & supervision reports to superiors • Implement measure(s) to provide motivation for employees • Handling the primary part training of prospective employees • Respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service
