Have worked as Customer Support Engineer for DACH region. Have worked on orchestration tools Worked on Virtualization, SDWAN projects. Responsibilities include to set up a test environment as close as possible to the customer set up. Provide analysis, work around solutions for customer issues.

Have been extensively involved in testing different x-DSL devices from OneAccess and Cisco CNG (Customer Network Gateways) products supporting both Voice and Data services. Involved in testing of TR-069 protocol, ISDN, SIP and VOIP related features supported by the CNGs. Have involved in testing, generation and maintenance of configuration templates for different products supported by Telefonica. Have experience in usage of Nokia Home Device Manager, Configuration Template management Tool

Have been involved in delivering the multiple standard Test procedure documents as per the Software Testing process. Test environment readiness for the testing team to perform their testing activities Created the high level test cases for the requirements mapped to the System Integration end to end testing. Supporting different teams in preparation of the test environment and facilitate the test execution in multiple areas.
