 Management of all development activities in Ultrasonic Sensors and ECU for automated vehicle features like P4U, Emergency braking, Lane change assists etc.  Monitoring the development team budget / Development project plan  Co-ordinate the EMC and Environmental testing for Sensors and ECU  Functional management of the employees assigned to the project (V-cycle) / Co-ordinating Software development process  Interface with customers in all the technical topics

 Managing projects and development co-ordination with various internal departments like Mechanics, SW, HW, Testing etc.  Maintain and execution the projects according to the Time plan, Target Cost, Quality  Project development cost estimation and tracking /Maintain and tracking the project development schedule  Technical interfaces with customers & suppliers / Testing Co-ordination (DV/PV)

 Preparation and releasing the concepts according to the design requirements /Requirements analysis and release  Co-ordination of all aggregate integration (Engine,Transmission,Electricals,Hydraulic units)  Engineering correspondence with all suppliers. Technical / Commercial coordination with internal representatives and suppliers  Co-ordination with Procurement, Production, Quality departments to meet the design requirements  Vehicle Test Planning & Co-ordination

 Study and understanding customer requirements  Design & Development of Power steering Gear based on customer specifications / requirements  Preparation of calculation for power steering cylinder strength and flow capacity, gear pair design (rack and pinion)  Preparation and checking of part and assembly drawings of Internals like bearing and ring etc.,casting, forging.  Coordinating with lab testing / Managing the Cross functional team for multiple projects. (CFT Leader)
