- Responding to sales and project management sourcing needs, in relation to live or potential projects. - Evaluating potential new vendors and tracking quality progress. - Setting ongoing training and mentoring of new team members in the VM team. - Working with project management, sales and external vendors to actively recruit best-fit vendors. - Organizing and prioritizing daily work flow to ensure that all deadlines were met. - Managing and organizing information and data of vendors and projects.

- Recruiting new specialized vendors in order to create and expand a multilingual & dedicated database to accommodate the clients’ needs. - Setting the deals with the vendors regarding the budget/payment methods and checking details about their experience to decide whether they'll fit in acutal projects or not. - Testing the newly recruited suppliers for various languages in different SMEs. - Evaluating and tracking of the vendors' performance and satisfaction on monthly basis.

- Managing the classroom. - Specifying curriculum for each semester. - Creating Class work & Homework sheets. - Planing for class teamwork activities. - Correct weekly & final quizzes.
