End-to-End Supply Chain Management for P&G Retail Hair Colorants & Styling Products for Europe. Leading a Team of ca. 40 People. Scope covers Material and Production Planning for 5 Plants in Europe, Distribution of goods to P&G Warehouses in 40+ Countries and Initiatives Management (Launch, Relaunch of Products)

Role part of the Supply Network Organization (Product Supply) . 1) Cost Saving: Lead the Loss Analysis Process, identify new ideas and turn them into Projects. Lock Project scope with Technical and Commecial Team & secure resources before handing-over the Project for execution. 2) Sku Portfolio Optimization: Interface between Marketing, Education & Product Supply . Actively drive Portfolio Improvement Reviews & Projects to grow Net Sales while reducing Complexity.

Lead the initiative Team (10 Manager & Technicians) for the Plant. Part of the Plant Leadership Team. Interface within the Plant and with the Commercial & Research and Development Teams for all new Products to be produced in Rothenkirchen Plant (producing Hair Colorants). Responsible for Product Readiness for the site, both on Technical Side and Supply Side (SAP, etc...)

Responsible for 7 Packing Production Lines. Leading a Team of 50 Technicians & Line Personal. Responsible to improve Line Output, Reliability and minimize Stops.

Responsible for Service and Inventory for the Wella Supply Chain.
