Providing analysis and support to the Global Sales Management. Strongly involved in key forecasting, strategic planning, decision-making and improvement of the sales force effectiveness. Responsible for compiling, analyzing and interpreting the sales pipeline, develop analysis and presentations for leadership that contain insightful intelligence based around BKV's sales activity. Leading role in improving the CRM usage and further develop and improve our CRM System.

During my time as the Supply Chain Controller, I was strongly involved in providing forecasts for our key products, generating geographical sales analysis, supported management in decision-making, regularly provided analysis on revenue, orders and quantity by product and product groups. Periodically generated vendor analysis and created a KPI Scorecard. Also successfully achieved that BKV became an authorized economic operator (AEO).
