Initially Senior Physical Security Program Manager supervising team of 2 in overseeing physical security system installations across 170+ operations sites in North America. Promoted from Operational/Strategic to Strategic-level role to supervise 15+ PMs installing and supporting the security infrastructure of nearly 700 sites across the Americas. Collaborating with diverse partners, I formulated creative, compliant, and cost-effective security solutions, and helped develop security policies and standards.

In my first role at Amazon, I administered programming, configuration, operations, and support of physical security systems at Amazon and its affiliates. I owned provision of Helpdesk-style security systems and integrations support, including account creations, permissions management, remote arming/disarming, and training. I was recruited to formulate the design transition to IP-based security systems for country’s prospective tallest building. Later in the role, I effectively orchestrated mounted security systems and contract negotiations for 15+ esteemed clients, including the World Bank, Galana Petroleum, and Airports of Madagascar.

Promoted 3x, I project-managed multi-million-dollar installations of security systems and countermeasures such as access control, video systems, and vehicle barriers to protect facilities, personnel, and data in 15+ U.S. Embassies’ across Asia, Europe, and Africa.
