Reporting to the SVP of Retail Risk and liaising with the Board of Directors and directly responsible for overseeing from risk perspective the development of the individual PI retail portfolios of Raiffeisen’s subsidiaries in Albania, Bulgaria and Serbia.

- Management of Basel 2 project and its IT solution roll-out in SEE network units - Development coordination of retail economic capital calculation methodology for the RZB Group (Merton, CR+ models in SAS) - Conceptual and periodic validation of models for network banks (account and pool level) - Yearly review of the environment of the implemented models (performance, usage) - Introduction of RAROC measurement for group portfolio steering - Redevelopment of limit setting scorecard used for reg. plann

- Maintenance of operational process flows (origination, collection, sales) - Set up of on site collection process conducted by the sales team (first late coll. visit) - Pricing of new offers/products (on dealer and campaigns levels) - Cooperation in cross-sell and top-up campaigns - Complete redesign of the MIS reporting system in Business Objects - Regular market and competitor monitoring of Hungarian car sales - Introduce low-side Risk Based Pricing for Walk-in customers

- Introducing SAS software package and solutions in consumer risk department - Reporting process and MIS re-engineering for retail products - Creation of risk data market in SAS - Alteration and re-programming of aIRB models (PD, LGD, CF), reserving - Studying utilized business model/concept of financial leasing

-Continuous monitoring of retail portfolio quality and dealer performance -Ad-hoc analyses of retail portfolios supporting sales department -(Pre-)Evaluation of profitability of new products -Planning of yearly budget of losses (incl. stress testing) -Development of aIRB models (account and pool level models) -Calculation of monthly reserve changes for auto portfolio -Regular dealer visiting - relationship maintenance, VOC surveys -Construction of local retail risk data warehouse
