Take part in execution of key M&A transactions for UniCredit in CEE (acquisition, restructuring and sale of banks or bank assets; JV with strategic partners), incl.: - Coordination of internal approvals - Business and investment analysis - Cooperation with external consultants, Group M&A and the CEE bank Coordination and implementation of strategic group projects and initiatives focused on strategic business development and positioning, revenue generation, risk management, capital efficiency

Manage and coordinate all sales related topics with assigned CEE banks (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Russia). Analyze banks‘ commercial and financial performance, perform benchmarking, suggest and prepare corrective actions. Support the implementation of group and local projects for improving service models, increasing sales force productivity and effectiveness, optimization of network coverage.

Manage the sales through small business mobile consultants and third party agents/partners, incl. target setting and performance management. Improving the sales processes and the cooperation with the branch network. Manage the relationship with strategic partners, incl. negotiation of business terms, trainings and risk monitoring.

Analyze the potential for new branch openings, relocations and optimization. Market research, business modeling, monitoring of implementation. From 2006 - Project manager Branch network model during the merger of Bulbank, HVB Bank Biochim and Hebros Bank.

Execution of client orders for stocks, FX and derivatives on U.S. markets. Stock market research.

Internship organized within Program “Bulgarian Dream” organized by Ministry of Economy Performed market research and analysis of the competitive position of Pekao Pioneer Investments within the Polish mutual fund industry. Gained knowledge of mutual fund products offered by Pekao Pioneer Investments.
