In my part-time job I have gained a lot of customer experience for several years. My typical responsibilities are: - Customer service and conflict resolving: consulting, selling tickets and snacks, telephone information for guests - Support of small events (children's birthday parties, school cinema, senior’s cinema, special screenings with special guests, e.g. producers) - Preparation of film screenings: replenishment of goods, making popcorn, ... - Decoration of shop windows - Simple technical settings

As part of my internship, I focused on citation analyses using a program newly developed by INTRAG. My activities included: - Citation analyses (as part of search engine optimization - SEO): basic and advanced analyses of the references of various companies in online business directories - Administrative activities: creation of QR codes and rating cards for customers' Google My Business entry, quality control of employees' phone calls - Several weeks of training for two interns

Topic of the master's thesis: An empirical analysis of the motives of ridepooling users and the overuse of ridepooling services using the example of the fictional ridepooling provider "CityShuttle" Research questions: Is a sustainable form of mobility, such as ride pooling, mainly used for societal or personal reasons? To what extent do different advertising appeals (societal, personal) influence the sharing intention for ridepooling? Can advertisements for ridepooling influence its overuse?

Topic of the bachelor's thesis: SinTax - behavioral inconsistencies in consumer behavior The work is intended to provide an explanation of the effect of Sin Taxes, with a focus on the concept of "moral licensing". It will be answered why consumers show behavioral inconsistencies. A study examines the impact of a Sin Tax (represented as a plastic tax) on moral obligation and plastic consumption.
