Coordination and development of product portfolio and policies in cooperation with product partners; - Development of sales strategy with the aim of reaching the sales targets according to the business plan; - Planning, organizing and monitoring the promotion and communication actions related to the bank products; - Analyze the results and propose new measures which could have an impact on quality and quantity of sales;

Development of cross-selling projects as part of the collaboration with other banks or insurance companies; - Responsible for products’ implementation within bank distribution channels; - Manage the relationship with cooperation partners, as clients or distributors of banking products; - Coordination, training and coaching of dedicated team involved in the project; - Identification of projects and marketing measures which could support the achievement of the distribution objectives;
