• Determining cash management of the channels (branches, agencies & mobile applications) (50,000,000+ TRY) • Arranging currency pricing for the channels • Preparing and presenting reports on weekly/monthly sales of the channels (to C-level) • FX spot trading with abroad counterparties and executing relevant operational processes • Opening vostro and nostro accounts and reconciliations of banks and institutions • Monitoring and processing incoming & outgoing wire transfers (swift)

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of reconciliation of the contractual institutions • Monitoring domestic and international money transfer systems and take necessary actions • Monitoring FX (foreign exchange) transactions (TRY/USD/EUR/GBP-arbitrage) • Overseeing instructions of the contractual institutions by working with treasury, foreign trade, treasury pricing and liquidity management departments

• Selling capital market instruments – bonds and repurchase agreement (Repo) • Selling/cancelling/amending insurance transactions (of health-home-life-vehicle-travel insurance) • Fixing the issues related to payment systems operations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) • Tracking and reporting track and report retail banking sales and retail loans (individual and vehicle) including risky and overdue ones
