I am pursuing a career as a business coach/consultant to support multi-national companies transforming and co-creating sustainable solutions and processes within their organizations. With over 10 years diverse working experiences in the fields of Supply Chain, HR Diversity and Marketing/Strategy paired with obtaining my MBA in Japan, have strengthened my skills as the catalyst of change. In my role as project manager implementing a global project in Japan, I facilitated communication and project challenges by creating mutual understanding and working towards consensus for introducing the best solutions in agreement with all related stakeholders.
