In my current role, I am managing complex, cross-functional projects that are primarily owned and budgeted by Global Operations, Supply Chain Management organization within adidas. Examples include SAP roll-out and order fulfillment model enhancement.

In the role, I developed the business double-digit through effective market research, merchandising, sales meetings with key customers, and run of diverse go-to-market processes (from classical sporting goods retail to high fashion). My day-to-day responsibilities included budget planning and controlling, team leadership and global markets business management.

In the role, I developed and rolled out Global Store Operations Manual and Global Retail Collaboration Platform, affecting 2,000 stores and 20,000 field employees worldwide, achieving a significant improvement in standards compliance and operational efficiency. In addition, I led Store Excellence initiatives such as Customer Service and RFID. My day-to-day responsibilities also included driving operational communications between the Headquarters and the Field and managing a team.

In the role, I worked directly with Chief Retail Officer and the Executive Board to transition the decentralized adidas Retail operations into a full-fledged global business model. In addition, I drove various strategic projects such as Integrated Distribution Roadmap, Global Retail Range and vertical retail model. My day-to-day responsibilities also included management of budget and team.
