Design and develop various forms of training including instructor-led training (online and in-person), self-paced online learning tutorials, learner guides, and job aids. Responsible for the delivery and implementation of Management and Team Member Training in over 60 restaurants. Supported 8 Directors of Operations in improving training for Managers and Team Members. Revitalized the dormant Coach (hourly Trainer) program. Developed 10 Market Trainers to facilitate the Coach Workshop. Ensured a regular offering of workshop. Increased trained coaches from 200 to 680 in 2010.

Ensured proper execution of all management training programs within the training stores. Conducted Train-the-Trainer sessions for Training Store Managers.Provided coaching to Training Store Managers to improve the training execution. Conducted training workshops on Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Product Knowledge, Consultative Selling Skills. Collaborate with District Managers on assessing training needs and design training solutions

Managed all operational aspects of a store such as hiring, training, and coaching of team members; ensuring operational excellence and execution of store standards; and achieving store profitability goals. Served as a Master Classroom Facilitator conducting training workshops for new managers. Topics included: supervisory skills, hiring practices, etc. Provided in-store management training (Manager Coach Mentor) for new managers on all aspects of operating a store.
