Reporting to the Chairman and the Board of Directors, led the turnaround initiative of over 2000 person in pump & valve manufacturing organization that suffered from operational inefficiencies, subpar quality, customer flight risk and low employee morale.  Handpicked by the Chairman to lead the initiatives with the goal of optimizing and integrating the resources of the two subsidiaries Kirloskar Corrocoat Private Limited and Kolhapur Steels Limited as Board of Directors

Reporting to Board of Directors of Gaunxi Liugong (China) and Managing Director (India), managed the US$ 30 Million FDI to significantly enhance production capacity, organization development and strategic planning.  Build the team of 150 persons with 8 direct Reports including 4 international divisional heads  Developed and launched 3 new product families – Wheel loaders, Motorgrader and Hydraulic excavator and piloting of Compactors generating the revenue of INR 1.54 Billion

Responsible to success and profitability of the 800 person’s organization with the revenue of INR 5.6 Billion. Key accomplishments include:  Built and ran the 50 persons ‘Engineering Services’ business of AVTEC that provided for the outsourcing of engineering services for the clients  Developed and launched 4 new products in Transmissions, Engines and Generating Sets earning revenue of INR 2 Billion
