Ensure effective maintenance of 118 servers, 10 data centre switches, and resolve several technical issues on 5 VMware vSphere deployments and 1300+ zero clients on SIPRNet. Spearhead end-to-end VDI administration, maintenance, and upgrades, along with the installation of monthly windows patches/configurations. Perform enterprise backups/restores on a need basis using Rubrik; track requests and incidents by using used Remedy Ticketing.

Managed all hardware and domain services on multiple domains across seven closed networks. Restructured and implemented Group Policy Objects to boost security compliance on Windows Domain. Resolved many issues by instituting best practices in system log analysis, backups, network operating security and auditing. Periodically created new network segments to meet customer demands. Including deploying and configuring new DCs, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, SCCM, SolarWinds, and Nessus servers on the new network.

Served as System Administrator for 40K+ workstations and 700 servers. Managed Virtualization server fleet using Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 and SC-VMM. Installed, configured and administered all: Windows Server 2012 R2/2016: DNS Servers, DFS Servers, FSMO Servers, Domain Controllers, Printer Servers, and Created Virtual DR Servers using Hyper-V.

- Served as a Server/System Administrator for largest outpatient clinic outside the Continental United States supporting 850 workstations and 17 production/project managed medical servers. - Upgraded VMware infrastructure from 5.1 to 5.5 then to 6.0. Set up and configured VMware virtual Data Protection and virtual Center Server Appliance.

• Served as Information Assurance Officer. • Supported all aspects of network operations, network maintenance, and network infrastructure upgrades. Formulated/pushed a mandatory upgrade of 400+ PCs to Windows 7. 100% coverage! Coordinated repair actions and implements them in consultation with local base communications or European theater network operations organizations as needed. Developed effective backup strategies and documents these to provide a sound foundation for disaster recovery.

Serviced 5K+ medical personnel in 13 medical treatment facilities and clinics within USAFE. Executed software updates and implement network security practices for 14K+ workstations. Used remote support tools (SMS, RAT, and DRA), to apply systems knowledge in resolving problems. Documented steps used to resolve problems in Remedy before closing the incident. Met the 60% in-house call rate goal for first call resolutions. Resolved 6K+ trouble incidents.
