Applications of this work include the evaluation and optimization of tools and algorithms in virtual drug screening and compound library design. In cooperation projects, I support bench scientists in medicinal chemistry projects. Using state of the art computational chemistry software, I enhance the drug design process by rational suggestions for synthesis.
