I built a business plan to establish vertical business for the life sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices). I also have provided specific sales and marketing deliverables to support the company strategy.

In charge of Improving the new innovation process and its implementation (I arrived 3 months after the process implementation). I realized an audit focused on Innovation. From that audit I identified the needs and I trained the key users to understand the process. I did workshops for change management, and implemented new processes to address the business issues found during the audit.

Support to the deployment plan of a global tool to manage and enhance innovation. - Benchmark of several companies concerning their innovation management process. - Assist managers to set up a new organizational structure encouraging innovation worldwide - Cultural change management and idea management system

- Looking for positive allosteric modulators, within the context of type 2 diabetes treatment. - Fundamental research on the activation patway of these receptors.
