As a PSA in SAP, I was developing and maintaining professional relationships with a number of designated SAP Service and Reseller Partners delivering a range of tailored services to improve their performance in all their operational areas, including marketing, sales support, implementation methodologies, customer support etc. I was working closely with partner contacts including senior management and key stakeholders within the SAP organization ensuring a full alignment in communications with partners.

My role was to lead and provide the best enablement for all North American SAP Partners going through the PCoE Certification in order to resell SAP maintenance to end customers. I was the expert for SAP Support best practices for a dozen colleagues.

Manage customer expectations in accordance with established SAP processes and procedures. Evaluate how the customer’s technical issue affects daily business processes. Comprehension of the Business Impact of an IT issue. Engage the appropriate stakeholders to ensure that critical customer cases are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. Working with EMEA and North American SAP customers.

Auditing EMEA SAP Partners going through the PCoE Certification (Partner Center of Expertise) in order for them to resell SAP maintenance to end customers.

Assisting the Project Manager for the organization of corporate events for French corporations in New York City.

Assisting the Shop owner (sale, customer service, supplies...)

Reporting of calculated IT costs for a holding (4 companies).
