From design to launch in 3 months for the program "MentorMentor", part of the BayCode initiative. Partnering with Deloitte, I've designed and piloted the reciprocal mentoring program with the aim of sparking interest & fostering a career in coding and IT among kids, as well as offering insights into cultural and generational diversity among the participating managers. After the brilliant pilot, the program is now running for the next 3 years, funded by the Government of Bavaria.

As Manager on a mulit-million/year infrastructure outsourcing program, I led transformation projects, team development, and client engagement. - Chaired the Architecture Board, presenting and aligning €6M+ in annual proposals while challenging architects to deliver business-aligned designs. - Led Agile transformation of demand process, acting as product owner for a 20-person cross-functional team using Jira. - Reorganised a 20+ person team. - Co-created a modular pricing model.

I led initiatives across project delivery, financial planning, and operating model design, balancing technical complexity with people-first leadership. - Owned monthly forecasting process for 50+ team members, improving efficiency by 70% through redesign and automation. - Co-led the design of an Agile target operating model for core infra, collaborating with execs from ACN&client to deliver within 3 months. - Led ServiceNow CMDB module rollout, running stakeholder workshops for 50+ teams across DACH.
