.Project delivery, includes optical, MW backbone, RAN Sites. ·Planning coordination & monitoring of end to end roll out of new radio sites. ·Delivered and supervised Project Planning, Installation, commissioning including optical and wireless access network, ·Achieved all target time lines including target of Provisional and Final acceptance including invoicing to the customer. ·Advice and support team through the implementation of on-site visits or mobile sites & rooftop locations.

·Implementation of 2G, 3G & 4G Rollout sites. ·Planning of new sites in tram of capacity requirement. ·Link designing and verification in tram of Frequency interference before submitting to customer. ·Verification of solution for new projects in tram of planning. ·Technical support for implementation and O&M for 3G & LTE sites. ·3G RNC-PS interfaces e.g. IuPS, IuCS, IuR monitoring and expansion as required. ·Preparing BoQ for 3G & LTE as per customer requirement and approved from customer.

·Responsible for the performance of the Field Implementation teams for rollout ·Implementation of 2G & 3G Rollout sites. ·Special focus on Resource Development & Management. ·Conducting internal Management Meeting with teams and team lead ·Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for network, including Transmission and core Transmission. ·Working on the MTN Project (Nigeria).

·Planning for New & Swap Links of LH SDH and SH PDH ·RBS (Risk Break down structure) for difference scenarios ·Budgets, processes procedure and criteria. ·Conducting Internal Management Meeting improve service quality as per SLA ·Responsible for the performance of the Field Implementation teams for rollout ·Detailed coordination with Managed Services O&M organization. ·Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for network, including Transmission and core Transmission.

·Planning for corrective maintenance of the on-air sites as SLA with vendor ·Planning for the preventive maintenance of the running on air sites ·Availability of the spares for BTS, BSC, MW to make the network in running condition ·Installation and commissioning of RTN 600/ RNT900. ·Troubleshooting of RTN Series WM RTN600 & 900.

·Installation commissioning and integration of BSS equipment Data configuration of BSC. ·Responsible to manage BSS teams from equipment receiving to site acceptance. Attend meetings with customer regarding end to end BSS issues. Have capability to handle all type of issues related to BSS work.
