Shepherd Network is an early stage startup that's using cloud, internet of things, and machine learning to create innovative building monitoring solutions. I worked with the CEO on product and go to market strategies. Areas of work include: Customer Segmentation Competitor analysis Product mix Pricing Channel strategy I worked with Shepherd as part of my MBA internship program.

Developed data services for a Warranty Management software product. Responsibilities included BI solution architecture, design and development of underlying data integration processes, visualization, product management, project management, and solution road map development. During my tenure i developed an out of the box analytics solution for the product, and led the data team on providing data services for multiple product implementations.

This role entailed overall technology responsibility for software implementations. This included solution architecture, deployment architecture, execution, cost analysis, capacity planning, and mentoring. Developed an Enterprise data integration and Business Intelligence & Analytics system for a large FSI client in Bangalore,India. Led the application development team in India in architecting, developing and supporting a Credit Risk data mart and reporting platform.

I was involved in multiple customer facing consulting assignments for Fortune 25 companies • Promoted to Tech Lead, grew the team in a new customer business unit to 15 members over two years resulting in revenues of more than US$700,000 • Responsibilities included business analysis, troubleshooting, program management, stakeholder management, recruitment, pre-sales activities, and solution architecture
