Launched and established Amazon marketplaces across the UK, Germany, Italy, France, and Spain from the ground up, overseeing every stage from account setup and verification to compliance and VAT registration. Responsibilities included strategic product selection, detailed inventory preparation, and seamless cross-departmental coordination to ensure operational readiness.

Led a team of four in targeting various market segments in the UK, achieving a remarkable market share of 36.1% in home and TV lighting, and 35% in automotive lighting.

I am currently studying for a Master’s in Management at Lancaster University, building on six years of experience as an Amazon Operations Specialist. My expertise lies in launching and scaling Amazon Marketplaces across Europe, specifically in the UK, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. In my previous role, I managed account setup, compliance, VAT registration, product selection and cross-departmental coordination, achieving over 25,000 orders and $3 million in revenue within the first year.
