Customer interface with senior level management and leadership. - Planning and tracking of internal projects / supporting PMO Office and project KPI tracking for external projects

Support to SVP Human Resources of NA. Accountable for the planning process and monthly reconciliation of overall corporate HR budget of $13 million USD. Regional coordinator for North America HR Balance Scorecard and KPI reporting. Exposed to all aspects of strategic and operational issues including compensation, legal, compliance, benefits, and associate relations. Experienced supporting a variety of HR key transformational initiatives and processes for North America.

Accountable for providing executive support to Vice President of product development and development team. Accountable for project cost controlling and variance analysis for ongoing projects. Office management and departmental budget management.
