I am responsible for maintaining relationships with European customers and selling agencies/distributors to ensure orders, enquiries, sales forecasts and complaints are processed correctly and in-line with SLAs. This role requires a high level of organisation, delegation, communication as well as an eye for detail and good language skills. I regularly liaise with account managers, marketing, supply chain and accounts to ensure best service delivery.

I was responsible for the digital marketing of select products across the Limitless Digital family of website brands, online marketplaces and Comparison Shopping Engines. Using bespoke in-house and 3rd party back-office and marketing systems, I ensured products were marketed to their full potential in line with product portfolios and marketing channel strategies. This role required a high degree of independence and initiative, IT proficiency and commercial focus.
