Responsible for 50+ heads and the delivery and on-going business fulfilment of all Services & Solutions in the UK&I for Konica Minolta. Specifically relating to Office & Production Print Software Implementation; Office & Production Print Software Support; Managed Services/Service Delivery Management; Office & Production Print End User Training (Hardware & Software)

Spent my first 2 years as a Business Consultant, providing Consultancy around Managed Services, Business Process Optimisation and other business solutions to improve productivity, efficiency and help organisations save costs. Then moved on to Head of Professional Services, in a pre-sales capacity, managing a team of Business Consultants covering the UK&I.

As a Systems Engineer I was responsible for leading a team, consisting of multiple software-platforms and marketing, through the entire software lifecycle in relation to the development of features on Xerox multi-function devices. I also had Team Lead responsibilities for 4 individuals.
