My role within the company was to ensure smooth running of the technical support team, as well as resolving more technical 2nd/3rd line support issues from our clients. Most of our work was completed within the Microsoft 365 environment utilising Exhange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Intune/EndPoint manager and Azure. I spearheaded the development of our 'cookie cut' cloud solution for our Microsoft clients with full enrolment of Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS devices, including policies and application rollout.
