I worked on the SAS Institute and Telefonica o2 accounts for Ochre House as Senior Recruitment Advisor. I was responsible for teaming up with the Hiring community, planning, strategizing the recruitment process and delivering the end to end recruitment of roles in line with my team.

Contract role for 6 months, which was further extended. I was working in the EMEA tema and responsible the hiring in EMEA for the customer analytics and interaction (CAI) products line and customer communication management (CCM). I worked with Hiring Managers on an end to end recruitment model to fill roles in a successful timeframe.

I resourcing for IT based roles, working closely with the Recruitment Director for UK based companies.

Looking after 30+ roles around MENA. Sourcing and hiring from various countries around the globe. End to end recruitment and HR processes including HRIS, employee engagement. Succession Planning and Induction Training
