Setting and approving business objectives, strategies and budgets for Cisco Capital in Dubai (UAE), setting the “tone at the top”, ensuring effective daily discharge of senior management activities, advising the Board of Directors on business matters, ensuring the good standing of the entity and supervising the go-to market strategy.

Establishing compliance risk management framework, implementing compliance risk management procedures, advising cross functions on compliance matters, guiding and training staff on implementation of compliance rules and standards, ensuring system efficiency and control, developing client due diligence measures and establishing “Know Your Client” procedures.

Supporting product program development, developing portfolio and segmentation analysis for business initiatives, liaising with internal business leaders, completing portfolio reviews and market analyses and establishing competitive profitability criteria.

Advising Credit Committee and Senior Management teams on client credit positions, identifying client exposures, preparing monthly MIS statements, supporting the preparation of domestic banking department budgets and maintaining client facilities for regular reviews by Central Bank.

Completing financial audit assignments for banks, aviation, oil & gas, Insurance, non-profit organizations, trading and contracting companies, public listed companies and other sectors, preparing financial statements and value added finding reports and advising improvements to the client executive management teams.
